01. Establish contact
We work with clients to ensure a good fit before anything is signed or any money changes hands. If there's a fit, the coach and client will identify goals.
02. Pricing & Contracting
contract, including clear ethics and confidentiality sections, are reviewed and signed. A key part is the client's commitment to the process. Coaches can only help a client who's committed!
A typical executive coaching engagement is six months, with clearly defined goals.
03. Project Initiation
The coach and client will work together weekly or bi-weekly as needed for the contract term, creating plans, executive action items, measuring outcomes, and adapting as needed.
04. Project Closure
At the end of the contract term, or when all goals are achieved (whichever comes first) the engagement will end. Clients will have the choice to extend the contract if they'd like their coach to help them with other projects.
05. Ongoing Support
Our coaches provide free ongoing email support for clients for one year after engagement close.
